I've done business with Bertinis for over 4 years. I drive out from Sacramento to have them work on my car. The number one reason, besides the awesome service...trust. Jared and Chris have never oversold me on service, they always tell me what I need done on my car and what can wait. I have been taking my BMW to Bertinis for the last couple of years. They are the only garage I take my BMW to. I work in Sacramento and live in El Dorado Hills so it's never easy, but always worth it. Simply said, Bertinis is the best!

After dealing with the VW Dealership Service department, I had had it with all things Volkswagen. I was referred to Bertini's from my dad who said that they had been extremely helpful, just over the phone. I brought my car in for a diagnostic check. As it turned out, one of the problems was actually a warranty recall issue and even though they didn't need to research this, they did & sent me to VW to get it fixed. Chris Mays went above & beyond and now I wouldn't take my car anywhere else! The best SERVICE around.

I've been taking my BMWs to Bertini's for years now. When it was time for an upgrade, I specifically bought a BMW so I could keep giving Bertini's my business. Jared ALWAYS takes care of me and will have my business as long as I have a BMW. The last honest mechanics around!

We have been taking our Volvo Bertinis since they opened. This last time it came "home" looking almost new. The scuff marks were gone and it was clean and shiny. My husband never went anywhere else for his VW service, and wouldn't stop talking about Bertinis. I had taken my car to Bertini's about a 1.5 years ago and a couple of months ago made the "mistake" of taking my Audi to a "German" car shop closer to where I work in the Bay Area for convenience. After 2 hours they were not able to diagnose my problem and suggested a "plan of action" to figure out what was going on. I quickly took my car back to Bertini's and within 45 min they had identified the issue with my Audi. Bertini's never oversold me on service and gave a very solid diagnosis, including when I needed to perform service or what could wait while not adversly affecting my car.
