I have already recommeded Bertinis to a couple of friends. Now if you can find a way to make repair a little less expensive, then I can resist the temptation to make my next car to be Japanese rather than German

This survey is long overdue and I apologize for not getting it out sooner. I brought my car to Bertini's on March 4, 2008. My 8 year old Volvo had a problem that would cost over $900.00 to fix. Because Chris at Bertini's knows the industry and Volvo's, he knew my problem was actually covered under Volvo's warranty for the specific issue my car was experiencing. I had no idea! Chris suggested I save the $900.00 and go directly to Volvo. I did as he suggested and yes he was correct. Volvo fixed the problem and I was not charged. I was impressed at the thorough analysis that was done on the engine. It ended up costing a lot to get everything brought into spec but the engine has been running great after all the repairs. It's a noticeable improvement.

I appreciate the honesty and courtesy of everyone I came in contact with. I only wish you were open on weekends.
