As the owners of Bertinis German Motors of Roseville, our philosophy is that we treat our valued clients  as we like to be treated.  We value our reputation, and work hard to maintain a high standard of Service in Excellence.  We  respect our clients  as conscious consumers who have chosen to give Bertinis  the opportunity to service their vehicles.  We strive to deliver the best value  for the money they spend on maintaining their vehicles.  Everyone deserves to be treated respectfully as well as honestly. We know that having problems with a vehicle, causes a great deal of anxiety & frustration at times.  We are here to help make that process as easy and as informative as possible for our clients. We do not oversell our clients on repairs that aren’t needed, but we do educate them as to why & how soon  the needed  repairs should be done, with safety items as a priority.  We stress quality in as many aspects that we can personally deliver.  We genuinely believe that Honesty, Respect, Professional & Caring Attitudes, and Quality Workmanship are the standards we can deliver. Who We Are

We are a small family owned German Import Automotive Repair business. Bertinis German Automotive Repair of Roseville business was originally built in 1991 at the corner of Vernon & Judah in Roseville, CA. Doug & Sharon Mays purchased it early in 1996, and we have grown our business as well as our reputation for excellent repairs, customer service, & building lasting relationships with our valued clients.  We have two Service Writers, Chris Mays & Jared Cason.  We currently employ three very qualified Service Technicians who specialize in the AUDI, VW, BMW, MINI COOPERS, MERCEDES BENZ, & VOLVO lines. Our expertise in customer service & quality workmanship is very important to us, and we try to see things through our “customer’s eyes”.  We also employ a Shop Technician who performs a variety of valuable services around the shop,  right down to washing your vehicle!   Over the years, we have built up a business we can be proud of, and we have our great clients to thank!
