I've only had good experiences working with this shop / Jared. I've had my Mini Cooper serviced here a few times now. Most recently my sunroof opened and I could not close it. Jared got me in same day on a Friday, despite being swamped, and ensured I had my vehicle back by end of day. Thanks to Jared my weekend plans had no disruption!
