This is my first time patronizing Bertini's, but I'm so glad I did. It was very easy to make an appointment, and they were very quick in accepting. The check engine light was on, and I previously received a very high quote from my regular mechanic. My friend told me to take it to a shop that specialized in German vehicles, which Bertini's does. I was informed the check engine fee upon my arrival and was told they would text or call regarding the price. Within 2 hours, I received a text with the price of what needed to be done, and I was so very relieved. The job was completed by the end of the day. I was able to pay online. When I picked up my vehicle, I felt so respected as I received the printout of everything that was done as well as what needs to be done in the future. My car door was open, ready for me when I stepped outside and my vehicle had been washed. Thank you so much Bertini's. I will definitely be back.
